On June 12, 2012, Interphase Corporation issued a press release announcing the demonstration of penveu™ at ISTE 2012, a conference and exposition designed for educators who want to discover how others are using innovative technologies to help expand their students' horizons. The press release also announced penveu is now expected to start shipping during the fourth quarter of this year. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
