Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 5, 2012, Kaydon Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Fabreeka Group Holdings, Inc. A copy of the press release announcing the completion of the acquisition, dated June 5, 2012, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
