On June 4, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing positive top-line results from the Phase III clinical trials, conducted by the Company's partner Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., to evaluate the efficacy and safety of XIAFLEX for the treatment of Peyronie's disease.
