Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (the "Company") is scheduled to present at the Stephens Spring Investor Conference at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 10:30
a.m. (ET) and will be webcast at the Company's website, www.krispykreme.com. The webcast and/or a transcript thereof will also be archived at the Company website. A copy of the presentation materials to be used in connection with the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
