Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 4, 2012, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Auxilium") issued a press release announcing positive top-line results from both Phase III trials of XIAFLEX® for the potential treatment of Peyronie's disease where XIAFLEX demonstrated statistically significant improvement in the co-primary endpoints of penile curvature deformity and patient-reported bother versus placebo in IMPRESS I and II.

Auxilium also announced in the press release that it will host a conference call and webcast on Monday, June 4 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, to discuss the results of the Phase III trials for XIAFLEX for the treatment of Peyronie's disease in greater detail.
