On Thursday, May 31, 2012, Quanex Building Products Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company's common stock, payable on June 29, 2012, to holders of the Company's common stock on the record date of June 15, 2012.
