On May 31, 2012, Granite City Food & Brewery Ltd. announced completion of its purchase of the assets of the Cadillac Ranch All American Bar & Grill® in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which had been deferred pending issuance of the liquor license by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. A copy of the related press release is attached as Exhibit 99 hereto and incorporated by reference in response to this Item 8.01.
