Effective June 8, 2012, Stephen Swartz, age 57, has been appointed Principal
Executive Officer of eOn Communications. Also effective June 8, 2012, James W.
Hopper, Chief Executive Officer and President, has resigned but will continue
with the company on a part-time basis in an advisory role and will remain a
member of the Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached as
