In the Press Release dated June 1, 2012, the Registrant announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share on the common stock of the company. The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2012 to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2012 instead of the previously posted date of June 8, 2012.
