On May 25, 2012, Tranzyme, Inc. and Norgine B.V. issued a press release announcing the completion and results of the second of the two Phase 3 pivotal trials evaluating the efficacy and safety of IV ulimorelin administered postoperatively to accelerate GI recovery in subjects who have undergone partial bowel resection (ULISES 008).
