Cryo-Cell International, Inc.'s 2012 Annual Meeting is expected to be held on June 26, 2012. It is anticipated that, at the annual meeting, stockholders will consider the election of directors, the ratification of the appointment of the independent registered public accounting firm and the approval of the 2012 Equity Incentive Plan.
