On May 18, 2012, Kenneth Hahn, QuinStreet Inc.'s Chief Financial Officer, assumed the additional role of Chief Operating Officer. Bronwyn Syiek, who had served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2007, will continue to serve as President and will continue to serve on our Board of Directors.
