The annual meeting of shareholders of First Financial Service Corporation that was to be held on May 16, 2012, has been adjourned and will reconvene at 5:00
p.m. on June 20, 2012 at the Company's main office, 2323 Ring Road, Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Notice of the resumption of the meeting is expected to be mailed on May 24, 2012 to all of the Company's shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2012, the record date for the annual meeting.
