On May 17, 2012, Chiu M. Chan, our Chairman of the Board of Directors, passed away. He had been incapacitated by an unexpected illness since January of this year. His seat on the Board of Directors will remain vacant while the Board considers whether to appoint a new director or permanently reduce the size of the Board to five members.
