On February 10, 2012, the Company filed its Current Report on Form 8-K to
announce the election of Mr. Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. to its Board of
Directors. Pursuant to Instruction 2 to Item 5.02 of Form 8-K, this amendment on
Form 8-K/A is being filed to report that effective May 10, 2012, the Company's
Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. as a member of the
Compensation Committee, the Nominating and Governance Committee, and the
Sustainability Committee.
