On May 15, 2012, Cereplast, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. The Company also held a conference call discussing such results and outlook on May 15, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. (EST). The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On May 14, 2012, the Company announced that it has entered into an agreement with Singularis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. of Bangalore, India to distribute the Company's Hybrid Resins® products that are currently under the control of two large European customers. Under the terms of the agreement, Singularis Solutions will purchase and distribute up to $8.6 million of inventory between May 30, 2012 and August 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
