Lambda Optical Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, entered into a Settlement and Patent License Agreement with Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc. This agreement resolves patent litigation, Civil Action No. CA 10-487, which was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
