On May 10, 2012 MercadoLibre, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.109 per share, payable to holders of the Company's common stock. This quarterly cash dividend will be paid on July 16, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 29, 2012.
