(e) On May 8, 2011, the Company announced that Subodh Kulkarni, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, OEM and Emerging Businesses will be leaving the Company to pursue other interests, effective on or about June 29, 2012. Upon his departure, Dr. Kulkarni will be entitled to a severance payment under the Company's severance agreement for executive officers.
