Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Regulation FD Disclosure, Fin
On May 2, 2012, ION Geophysical Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release containing information regarding the Company's results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
In conjunction with the above press release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet, for Thursday, May 3, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central).
