Andina Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") has been informed by EarlyBirdCapital, Inc., the representative of the underwriters in the Company's initial public offering, that holders of the Company's units will be able to separately trade the ordinary shares and warrants included in such units commencing on or about May 8, 2012. The ordinary shares and warrants will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols ANDA and ANDAQ, respectively. Units not separated will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol ANDAU. A copy of the Company's press release, dated May 2, 2012, announcing the foregoing is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
