On April 30, 2012, Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the offering of 8,261,509 shares of its common stock, of which 8,250,000 shares of common stock will be offered by the Company and 11,509 shares of common stock will be offered by a selling stockholder.
