On April 26, 2012, Deckers Outdoor Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release correcting and replacing the press release dated April 26, 2012 announcing the Company's financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2012. This release corrects a typographical error in the "Second Quarter Outlook" section relating to the SG&A assumptions for the second quarter. The second quarter outlook assumes SG&A as a percentage of sales of approximately 63% instead of approximately 37%. A copy of the press release correcting and replacing the press release dated April 26, 2012 is furnished hereto as Exhibit
