On April 25, 2012, Vringo, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its entry into an agreement with United Arab Emirates' integrated telecom service provider, du, under which the Company will offer its mobile video ringtone service to du's customers in the United Arab Emirates. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
