On April 24, 2012, the Registrant (North Valley Bancorp) issued a press release announcing the termination of the Written Agreement dated January 6, 2010, by and among North Valley Bancorp, North Valley Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, effective as of April 16, 2012. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.190 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
