On April 24, 2012, EnteroMedics Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2012. The Company also announced that it will be hosting a conference call to discuss corporate updates and its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 24, 2012.
