On April 18, 2012, Illumina, Inc. issued a press release announcing that, based on the preliminary vote count at the Company's 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, stockholders voted to re-elect all of the Company's director nominees and have rejected all of the proposals made by CKH Acquisition Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Roche Holding Ltd.
