On February 9, 2012, representatives of Mueller Water Products, Inc. (the
"Company") are scheduled to attend and present at the Gabelli & Co. 22nd Annual
Pump, Valve & Motor Symposium. The conference is scheduled to take place in New
York City. The conference will begin at 2:30 p.m., rather than at 3:00 p.m. as
was previously announced.
A copy of the presentation that will be used at the conference is attached as
Exhibit 99.1. The presentation will be accessible online through the Investors
