Departure of Executive Officer

On February 3, 2012, Eric Brown, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts Inc. ("EA"), tendered his resignation. His last day at EA will be February 17, 2012. Kenneth Barker, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of EA, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer.
