(b) On January 11, 2012, Amos L. Wedgeworth, Jr., M.D. retired as a member of the Board of Directors of Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana (the "Company").

(d) On January 11, 2012, the Company elected Thomas Steen Trawick, Jr., M.D. to the Board of Directors to serve in the class of directors whose term expires in 2012. Mr. Trawick was appointed to serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Trawick has served as a physician, medical director and hospitalist of CHRISTUS Health, Shreveport, Louisiana since February 2005. Mr. Trawick is currently Vice President of medical staff of CHRISTUS Schumpert and CHRISTUS Highland, medical director of CHRISTUS Highland Hospitalist Program and president of the Shreveport Medical Society.

On January 12, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend. The dividend is payable on February 6, 2012 to shareholders of record as of January 23, 2012.
