Amendment to Articles of Incorporation

On November 17, 2011, MusclePharm Corporation (the "Company") filed an amendment to the Company's articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada to increase the Company's authorized common stock from five hundred million (500,000,000) to seven hundred and fifty million (750,000,000) shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share.
