Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On May 3, 2011, LookSmart ("LookSmart" or the "Company") announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of LookSmart's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
