ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

Our general contractor, Bechtel Power Corporation, has completed final performance testing of Unit 1 at the Oak Creek expansion, a 615 megawatt coal-fired generating unit. On February 2, 2010, the unit was placed into commercial operation and Wisconsin Electric Power Company now has care, custody and control and will operate and maintain the unit.
