Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 17, 2009, QuickLogic Corporation (the "Company"), announced that Terry L. Barrette, the Company's Vice President of Operations, will be transitioning from the Company effective November 30, 2009. Ms. Barrette's transition is in connection with a series of functional consolidation and cost containment activities undertaken by the Company which have resulted in the elimination of the position of Vice President of Operations.
