Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. ("Company") announced on November 18, 2009 that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.055 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2009.
