On November 10, 2009, the Company mailed a letter to its shareholders providing comments regarding the termination of the merger between 1st Pacific Bank and First Business Bank, an outlook of its plans for the coming months and a commentary on the local economy. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On November 10, 2009, the Company mailed a letter to its customers providing comments regarding the termination of the merger between 1st Pacific Bank and First Business Bank, a discussion about FDIC-insured deposits, a brief explanation regarding its plans for the coming months and the current state of the Bank's capital and liquidity levels and ability to meet unexpected challenges. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
