On November 9, 2009, Mr. Robert M. Chapman stepped down as the Chief Operating Officer of Duke Realty Corporation (the "Company"), effective immediately. Mr. Chapman will be leaving the Company after a transition period through year end 2009. A copy of the press release issued by the Company regarding Mr. Chapman's departure is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
