AuDAX Resources Ltd. ("AuDAX"), an Australian Corporation listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, announced that the ATWOOD SOUTHERN CROSS has been selected, subject to signing a contract and receiving Tunisia government approvals, to drill one well offshore Tunisia in 2010.
