On November 9, 2009, Revlon, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Revlon
Consumer Products Corporation, its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, intends to
offer $330 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2015
in a private placement.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
