Item 8.01. Other Events

On November 6, 2009, Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the timeframe for United Airlines to exercise its renewal rights with respect to extending Mesa's operation of 26 CRJ-200 aircraft under its code-share agreement with United Airlines has expired.

The press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
