Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 9, 2009, Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing its results of operations for the third quarter ended
September 30, 2009. The Company also announced that on Tuesday, November 10,
2009, at 8:30am EST, the Company will host an investor conference call during
which the Company will provide a brief financial overview of the third quarter
2009 financial results and a business outlook for the remainder of 2009. A copy
of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
