From time to time commencing on November 9, 2009, and ending on November 30, 2009, members of the management team of Health Net, Inc. (the "Company") will be meeting with investors and financial analysts. During these meetings, the Company intends to address its prospects and historical performance and will reaffirm its earnings guidance for the full year 2009 as announced in a press release and conference call on November 3, 2009.
