RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On November 9, 2009, Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Angiotech") issued a press release relating to its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.
