Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 6, 2009, Novavax, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009
and will conduct a previously announced, publicly available conference call to
discuss those results as well as to provide an update on the status of the
Company's business operations.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report
on Form 8-K. The information furnished in this Current Report on Form 8-K and
Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of
