Effective October 31, 2009, Jason Yap, the Company's Executive Vice President,
Asia Pacific, as a result of the previously announced sale of the Company's Asia
Pacific division, no longer serves in this position with the Company. Mr. Yap
will continue as chief executive officer of the Asia Pacific operations under
the new ownership.
