On November 5, 2009, ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009, and an update on corporate developments. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
