Cintas Corporation regretfully reports the death of Paul R. Carter, director of the Company, on October 31, 2009. Mr. Carter had served as a director since 2002 and was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ronald W. Tysoe will succeed Mr. Carter as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
