Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On November 4, 2009, the Board of Directors of CA, Inc. elected Richard Sulpizio as a member of the Board. Mr. Sulpizio will serve as a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
