On October 29, 2009, Tigrent Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that FINRA has issued a new trading symbol for the Company reflecting its name change from Whitney Information Network, Inc. to Tigrent Inc. The Company's common stock will trade under the symbol TIGE effective as of October 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
