On November 3, 2009, PC Mall, Inc. (the "Company") issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. The release did not include certain financial statements, related notes and certain other financial information that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") as part of our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2009.
